I don't know the names as I bought most of them from the annual flower exhibition and they normally don't come with a specific name other than "Dendrobium". ...

I think HK is really a good place for Dendros. I have mine on the balcony throughout. Our summer is like 80F/90F night/day and sometimes quite humid. We do have warmer winters (compared to yours)...
