I don't quite get it..Use the normal strength 6% bleach to make a mixture of at a ratio of 1:10 (10% by volume). Dis u mean to use 10% of v/v of bleach? and for how long? 30 minutes should be enough...

I got few endemic pods with me today :D and I'm going to culture them soon. Dendrobium parthenium and Cymbidium bicolor. and I have this big pod from Dendrobium sp. Not sure about the exact species....
