according to http://www.orchidboard.com/community...endrobium.html, its either a " Dendrobium bigibbum var compactum" / "Dendrobium Mini Moonlight - Mini White with burgundy lip Dendrobium"...

wonder how long does it take to mature?

Pod could be ready for "green pod" culture between 120 & 150 days. Watch the pod from 120 days. The pod may start to turn yellowish at the flower end, it may not though, it might just split open at that end which means its ripe and ready for "dry" seed to come out.

though its going to be a long wait... what do i do when the "dry" seed come out? sow the "dry" seeds at the base of the parent plant? the parent plant is in a clay pot with mix of charcoal and clay bricks pieces...

You could try that, its the way it used to be done before flasking was developed. Where do you live, the climate may help in knowing what is best to try. Even a seedling tray with moss and sprinkle some seed on that.
BTW, this is a short time for pods, some Paphs take 18 months or more.

Unfortunately it had matured yesterday. so what should I do for the treatment stage? I mean the sterilization stage. It a bit cracked. split a bit already. I'm worried for contamination. anyone pls?

the first pod drooped off when we were away for a few weeks.

the good part is, 2 new pods started to form... but we will be away again soon

a silly question - can i warp the pods with a transparent plastic bag and poke some holes (for ventilation); or just let nature handle itself?

If the bag wasn't going to get wet, I would use a paper bag with some vent holes. Plastic will make it sweat and rot quickly.
