Hi Jenn,

Sorry I'm a little late on this thread...

I recently talked about this in another thread, so I won't repeat it all here, but I'll add some information and post a link.

The photos in the other thread are of seedlings that I removed from a flask last April, planting them at that time in pure sphag, sort of like a com-pot. I put the sphag in one of those plastic strawberry containers you get at the grocery store, and put the babies in there. I fertilized them with half strength fertilizer with a little superthrive added. After 4 months in this, I put them in the little baskets you see them in, in the photos, and I started fertilizing them the same a my other Vandas, full strength with superthrive once a week. That was late August, about a month ago from now. They are doing great in the baskets without any moss. I just make sure they get watered daily and have plenty of air movement. Here’s the link (scroll half way down for my post): http://www.orchidboard.com/community...pot-vanda.html

Unfortunately it had matured yesterday. so what should I do for the treatment stage? I mean the sterilization stage. It a bit cracked. I'm worried for contamination. anyone pls?
