The flower labeled "other tree" may be a Bombax or Pseudobombax - nicknamed 'shaving brush tree' because of the flowers. Depends on what the tree looks like.

This is a very beautiful species, I think used quite a bit in hybridizing because the flowers are so long-lasting. No detectable scent.
