Looks a lot like cordigera but I would put my money on a hybrid. Some things just don't seem right. Mainly the flower size and shape of the lip including the sidelobes.

I'd say a terrarium is too humid.
Barkeria are mostly grown mounted. But potted is possible as long as you use a really course mix with lots of air. The roots are fairly thick and like to dry up.
