great nontoxic way to combat flying pests

last couple of years when i bring my orchids in. i have always had to fight these damnable black gnats.. they love to go in and out of the orchids substrate causing i am sure some problems.. as well...

right. that is from the husks.. the bark and the wood.. the sap tapt from it has verry little if any at all. ill see tho what i can find out if there is any of that stuff in the sap itself.
