Lost with new reedstem Epidendrum purchase!

So I just made my weekly trip to the grocery store, and I saw an unusual orchid that I couldn't leave behind! The generic tag just said "Epidendrum," but I'm wondering about the care for this orchid....

Yes, the small plants are phals, and they look like they're in pretty good shape. They probably need a good watering and more light (the dark green leaves mean they weren't getting enough light)....
