Update: the main orchid died but I have a keiki. Now after some time I have a new cane growing. I potted the new den in rocks and it seems to really like its conditions.

Just a thought

I noticed you have fruit trees. Why not just use hangars and hang the orchids from the trees. They grow that way all the time and requires no special care if they are potted in rock or cleaned...

Update

The main plant died but I did take the keiki and potted it in rocks......is has a really nice green color and is doing well. Once I took the keiki the main plant died quickly.

How do the roots of the vanda look? I would suggest to water more often (just the roots). The pics make it hard to tell what is affecting the leaves but begin with addressing the moisture/humidity...
