Psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos' is a very interesting and beautiful hybrid. I am sure that as he grows a new bulb, he will produce a spike in winter and begin to bloom by next summer.
Psych. Mariposa is my favorite  If there is a micro-leaf at the end of the spike, then this is probably a bract. But sometimes it can be baby. If it is a flower, then it will bloom in about a month  Blossom will be revolving for about 2-3 years

Those white / purple ghosts are microscopic bloodthirsty water predators. This is Utricularia pubescens. In the roots there are trapping vesicles, traps that are usually caught and eaten by Daphnia.
