Here is an awesome tip I have used at conferences and depositions and even once when a client had to be shown to be delivering his alimony in person. People are embarrassing


So what you do is place a phone or recorder on the lectern or near the speaker and then when you make the video for demonstration you use the video from wherever with the audio from the “near” mic

Never record anyone without their knowledge and consent.
