It does have some monofoliate pseudobulbs but only 1 or 2 and the rest only have 1 leaf, it is quite a stocky little plant.

It’s a lovely little plant, the stems and the leaves are no longer than about 9 inches in total, but the flowers are quite big compared to the plant!

it looks to me that they are new bulb growths...

it looks to me that they are new bulb growths coming, the flower spike tend to be a lot fatter and a little darker compared to the bulb growths and anyway the plants look a bit young to be producing...
