I always run clean water thru my pots about every 4th water to leach out the salts. Question is should I just leave it at that or fertilize directly after the big rinse.

There are some good repotting videos on repotme.com and YouTube. I agree with No-Pro-mwa, I have never NOT killed a phal in moss and moss with no drainage or air circulation is not a good situation....
