Actually what I'm using for the two I have potted...

Actually what I'm using for the two I have potted is made for Phalaenopsis. My thought was that as a medium grade wood chip that it would allow more air to the roots since the humidity is so high.

When this condition is present in Masdevallia's what is usually the general problem? Excessive heat to much water or to much light? Reason being both the floribunda and sernae are showing this but...

I'm thinking about redoing my enclosure for my 3 Masdevallia's. The enclosure as it stands right now is a 40 gal breeder with a lid with a tek 36" 4 bulb...
