 Thanks for the plate glass in the door! And, wouldn't this mess up your whole night if you were to take out the trash at the wrong time?
These are from a guy out at Watonga, Oklahoma. The pictures were taken from his kitchen onto his patio deck. The critter was watching his little kids playing on the kitchen floor!
Watonga is about 25 miles north of I 40 between OK City and Weatherford.

OMG!! :faint: :faint:

Is that a mountain lion!!!!

Big kitty!

Unfortunately w/ suburban sprawl/subdivision growth, animals like cougars are rapidly loosing their hunting ranges.

Yes it is a Mountain lion or puma, cougar, or Panther pretty much the same thing. I think they are magnificent animals and look forward to the day I see one in the wild.

I would not look forward to seeing one staring hungrily at my kids!! LOL

OMG imagine if it ran through my orchids, i would have to shoot it!! hehehehee

Wow, what great photos! I love pumas!

That one looks like a little young one out fending for himself, that doesn't yet know much about people.

I've read that it is this group of mountain lions that are the most dangerous. . .hungry and inexperienced.

WOW! that’s spooky… the fact that it came up so close to the house usually they are shy creatures…I’ve only seen one in the wild briefly when it ran across the road one night years ago…double scary that it was watching the kids…I bet it was thinking snack time...

WOW. That would be scary! Big kitty + thin glass + little kids = bad news. I honestly think cougars are awesome, and plan on getting a bobcat in a few years, but in that situation I would most likely grab the gun.

Wow--a little too close for comfort I think, but certainly a beautiful animal.

We saw a Florida panther several years ago at our previous home. We lived in a golf community development, but our house was on the "preserve" as they called it. A few of the neighbors had seen it as well, and then it eventually moved on I guess. The problem, of course, is the animals are losing their habitat.

Look at those big white teeth! Ack!
