Thank you Ray, it had a larger root mass not extremely healthy to start but it's looking fairly dark now so maybe I should pull it and clean it up..not the best pics but what I'm referring to

Since orchids don't like being fussed with I am guessing it's better to pot up and leave roots that are adjusting and rot out is this correct? Or should you unpot, cut and repot?

Do you have a nice window in the bathroom? I leave about an inch of water in my tub at all times and have a seperate shower. I run the shower every morning and keep the door closed
