I had this happen with my Phal stuartiana. It suffered a bit when I put it under lights even though my other Phals, even one that 'takes full shade,' were just fine. The new leaf looks perfect but the other leaves have lighter patches now. The damage has stopped, thankfully, but it isn't going to look very pretty for a while. I was told that I should have given my orchids and adjustment period but I just took them inside and threw them under the lights...I am growing under lights for the first time.
