Should I repot when in bloom?

My NOID phal orchid is in bloom but is very rootbound and has bad fungus attacking the roots. She is small and so beautiful I got her from a grocery store. The fungus seems to get worse day by day....

It looks to me like the roots may be rotting, or perhaps a combo of crown rot and roots becoming rotten. DON'T WORRY about messing with the roots, the best thing to do in my opinion is to fully repot...

Selyne, I am in the very same boat, I have a little phal that I'm trying really hard to save, I bought it from Home Depot and it had bad fungus on pretty much all the roots, most of which I cut off...
