Rescued phal

a friend gave me two phals that are almost "over the hill" -- but I want to see if I can revive them.
Neither have leaves, but both have approx. 8" stems that are still green, and one has a flower...

Left some plants out too long in the yard and the cold "melted" the leaves. Roots are still healthy. I assume that I just keep watering them over the winter and leaves will come in the spring?
