I bought from a seller "miniature Phals"
They came in 2 inch pots, had small flowers and small leaves.
Now they are 1+ years in my terrarium and they smaller then your standard grocery store...

What about using something like LECA and a pot...
What about using something like LECA and a pot system at I can dunk water.
5gal bucket made up with dunk water, I just cycle through the plants.
They would drip dry on a drip tray.

I think the biggest thing is lack of root growth.
When I moved them to the vivarium, they pushed roots like crazy.
