Default No clue, had it for 3 years and no blooms

I bought this and it sat in a typical orchid pot for three years. No flowers and no growth.

Moved to my terrarium and now I have some roots and new bulbs/leaves forming.
It is a slow grower, nothing like the phals that I have.

Any clue? I would like to move it to semi-hydro if it will do better.
