It really depends on the variety. Some can take more light, while others will burn. You almost have to feel out the different plants to really tell in my opinion.

White Crane should look like that, but Moonlight Firefly should definitely be yellow. It could be a one time thing or just changed due to environment. Either way, looks nice and healthy to me!

Its possible, and I believe some can change back more so with certain varieties. The change back may not be completely 100% though, perhaps some fans, but not all. Its usually very unpredictable.

Aojiku means green stem, not sure about the root tips. More specifically, its the tsuke area (connection between the leaf and base of the plant) that's green.
