Thank you! Now I only need to wait for blooms. I'm good in keeping it healthy, but I had no luck with flowers yet. It's just a noid, but it has amazing colors.

It must be a Bauhania (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bauhinia), also known as "orchid tree".
As far as I know leaves can fall after a heavy blooming season, so if that's the case, just leave the tree...
