Lonely orchid without a name

I have recently set up a terrarium and have one plant that I have no identification for. One of your very helpful members suggested it may be a Dendrobium. Ive attached some pic when it flowered to hopefully narrow it down even more.

Details of the plant are:
I have 20 or so of these growing on my balcony.
The young plants grow out of the top of the old ones. When the roots start to grow I simply pluck it off the top and plant it. It grows to about 5-10 cms (2-4 inches I think) in height.
The flowers are tiny, smaller than your little finger nail.

here are some pics, any ideas?

Thanks

Ok, Google is pretty amazing.
Possibly Dendrobium Kingianum????
I do live in Australia so it would make sense and it does grow like crazy.

Dendrobium.

D. Kingianum, ora hybrid of it.

It sure looks like a kingianum, but those dimensions are very small for the species. Perhaps they are kept small by your cultural conditions?

Dendrobium "cutie-patootie"

There are tiny kingis. It could also be a hybrid as previously mentioned.

The species Dendrobium kingianum has been known to bloom as small keikis at times.

This looks like a hybrid of Dendrobium kingianum...not sure...

The reason why I say it might be a hybrid is because of how long that inflorescence is and how far apart each flower is from each other. That doesn't look very characteristic of the species itself unless there are these kinds of variants floating around that I wasn't aware of. Usually, Dendrobium kingianum the species has a rather short flowering inflorescence with flowers that are spaced rather closely together.

They could be the species, but I'm just not certain.

I'm with Optimist. Give it a name like CutiePatootie or SnuggleBugs. It will soon have friends and will no longer be lonely.

Avoid names like King or Duke... it may make it appear stand-offish and won't help with the search for friends in its present lonely state.

Or you could just call it Denny?

Just don't name it "Sue"
