The species
Dendrobium kingianum has been known to bloom as small keikis at times.
This looks like a hybrid of
Dendrobium kingianum...not sure...
The reason why I say it might be a hybrid is because of how long that inflorescence is and how far apart each flower is from each other. That doesn't look very characteristic of the species itself unless there are these kinds of variants floating around that I wasn't aware of. Usually,
Dendrobium kingianum the species has a rather short flowering inflorescence with flowers that are spaced rather closely together.
They could be the species, but I'm just not certain.
