Oberonia rosea
They have been in constant bloom since I acquired them earlier this year. Fun species!

Now that I've had them for a while, I know that the earlier differences are not cultural (I grow them identically). One is prolific while the other remains runty. |
It could be that one is just going to be "runty", as you call it. I have three of another species (another miniature), two of which grow and bloom at an insane rate while the third, though a good grower, acts like blooming is just a bit more of a favor than it's willing to provide. Either way, though, yours is/are a delightful mini!

Oh yes! Hundreds of flowers on a spike that I've used a magnifier to appreciate it all...wonderful.
