What does BIN mean on an orchid label?

Can you provide more context? What does the entire label say?

The label reads: BIN-Lc. Fair Catherine
It isn't one of my orchids. I saw it listed for sale online, so I don't know if that is the complete label.

If it is actually part of the label in the pot, it probably is a reference to the initials of the hybridizer/nursery. If it is on the e-bay site, I agree with DeaC.
