Can you provide more context? What does the entire label say?

The label reads: BIN-Lc. Fair Catherine
It isn't one of my orchids. I saw it listed for sale online, so I don't know if that is the complete label.

I don't do the Ebay thing but looking on the site and seeing BIN I'm only guessing it could mean Buy It Now?

If it is actually part of the label in the pot, it probably is a reference to the initials of the hybridizer/nursery. If it is on the e-bay site, I agree with DeaC.

In this case I believe it means Buy It Now as it is Ebay. Here is a listing like that:
