Greetings from North Carolina
:hello
I am new to this forum and very excited to see what I can learn. I have been an orchid addict for about 3 years and have collected a total of 29 plants ranging from Phalenopsis, Vandas, cattleya, oncidium, and my newest addition: masdevallia. I enjoy all varieties and am eager to learn more about the culture and proper care for some of mine which I am still trying to find the best conditions for. Thanks in advance as I am sure I will hear from many of you over time! |

The only orchid nurserie I have visited in N. Carolina is Owen's Orchids just outside of Asheville, this is where is just picked up my latest addition-'Fuzzy Peach' Masdevallia. Do you have any suggestions of other must visit nurseries? |
Hello from NC! Seagrove Orchids and The Orchid Trail are great places to go!!
|
Carolina orchids has probably the best collection of species you will find in the Southeast. Woodland orchids is also really nice.
Owen's is great, but they are a little bit more on the pricey side of things. They don't really do sales or discounts. Welcome to OB! |
