hello.need help on my new terrestial orchids

Yesterday I took a wild plant in an old pot with no plant in exxept soil.
I dig the plant out and saw that it has root like orchid and a white and transparent root tip and food storage down the grown like orchid and new root growth habbit like an orchid and I think it probably an orchid but the foliage doenst look like an orchid nor a grass so plz help on the care but to sphagnum moss or perlite but styrofoam and soil is good

It was in the ground? The roots don't look like a terrestrial orchid. It is interesting. Can you plant it in moss or a very medium airy type strata? Moss rock mixture may work. Or coconut husk chips, fine bark, old pottery pieces.

Although it may look like it has orchid roots, you should be able to see lines of very small holes called stomata in the roots. As well, the best way to find out if it is an orchid is with the flower. Orchid flowers have the pollen behind a protective cap on a column In the center. Two pollen capsuels.

As far as appearance, it look more to me like a leek than an orchid. A leek is a large onion. Does it have an onion scent? Was any one gardening near there? But try to grow it just to find out. Onions are related to allium and have amazing flowers.

By all means, do not just chuck it because I thought it was an onion. Listen to those who know more than me.

Hi.um I tried googling it an it looks like a cymbidium georgei I hope that a correct spelling.I took it wild and it was so isolated form anything cause that place supposed to be my housing estate but they broke it and made a new one somewhere else and after so many years it bacame a small little forest in tye middle of a city.I went to the miniforest and found my old favourite pot which I planted my tiger orchid and the new plant is there cause I planted my old orchid in rich humus soil.? But what makes me think is an orchid cause it has a pseuldobulbulb undergroung like an orchid
