I need advice! Craigslist deal gone terribly wrong!
 

I found this deal where someone was going to get rid of 6 orchids and I jumped on the deal. They offered to give them all to me for $15 since they no longer had room for them in a new house. I work the nightshift so I asked my loving longtime boyfriend who knows absolutely nothing about orchids or plants to get them for me. When I woke up and saw what he brought home I was horrified! We recently have been experiencing 0 degree weather and I guess they had these orchids in their garage the whole time. They were partially frozen!! It was such a shame since they look like well established and well taken care of. It was horrible. I took them out and am letting them dry out to see what the damage will be in the morning. The seller didn't know what time of orchids he had but stated he had them for years. $15 for a lesson learned is relatively inexpensive for this hobby.

Its hard to say how these plants will fair from those pix. Do they have cell collapse damage? Keep them comfortable (60-70°), keep the leaves dry and insulated (stand tissue between the leaves). You should know within a couple of days how well they tolerated the cold.

AnonYMouse, very true, lesson definitely learned. I hope I can bring these guys back to life. I was wondering if the modeled one was a paphliopedilum, which is nice bc if I can keep that one alive, I'd say I got my money's worth :) Well I will keep them comfortable and see how they fare. Sorry about the horrible pics, they were taken from my iPhone and I didn't realize they looked so bad. Some parts of the plants are starting to get really soft and mushy 😩 oh!

What kind of temps would they have been in?

I am not sure Silken, my boyfriend said that they had been in their garage. The past three days have been as cold as -2, we are in Colorado Springs.

I hate to say, but that's pretty cold for some orchids. I guess just do as advised above and see which ones pull thru.

One looks like a Vanda-type orchid and I really don't think that one will make it. It has two small keikis on the bottom *sigh* it would have been so nice to have healthy.

I hate to say it but the plants in pics 3 & 4 look like they might be done for, at least the top growth. If the roots end up being good still it may be possible to get new growths off of them.
The others with pseudobulbs might have fared better as sympodial growths most times can take lower temps.
Just keep them relatively warm (70's) and dry for the next few days and you'll know soon enough.

Oh, and it looks like you have some paphs, oncidiums and a dendrobium or two but its really hard to say just by pics. Hopefully they'll all pull thru for you and we'll be better able to tell you what types they are when your able to post bloom pics!
