I don't know this particular clone, but I have and intermedia alba 'Pine Knot' that is a lot taller than my other inremedias. Some sources I have looked at question if it is an intermedia at all. Since I have seen both clones offered as intermedia from several vendors, I'm going to stick with the name on the label. Here is a pic of the blooms on mine. Hopes this helps a bit.

Veekay I have the same clone and also question why it is so different from my other intermedia Catts. Mine has bloomed but hopefully it will this year because it has a new growth.
Thanks Kim for the pic. Brooke |

My co-tenant has a piece of that plant too, and I just saw it this past weekend. He made the same comment (question whether it is a true intermedia or not).

Verified C. Intermedia "Alba Hoyt". Hope I wrote that correctly. This is originally from Santa Barbara Orchid Estates. Had it for a very long time.
