Default cattleya intermedia" älba"Penn Valley

Hi,
Does anyone know about.intermedia "alba"Penny Valley?
I have bought two dn. of the plant, surprised to see such tall{around 14 inches) and robust plant
I have never seen such a tall c.intermedia in years of orchid growing and just curious to see the image of flower.

I would be thankful to who can post or guide image source.

I don't know this particular clone, but I have and intermedia alba 'Pine Knot' that is a lot taller than my other inremedias. Some sources I have looked at question if it is an intermedia at all. Since I have seen both clones offered as intermedia from several vendors, I'm going to stick with the name on the label. Here is a pic of the blooms on mine. Hopes this helps a bit.

Veekay I have the same clone and also question why it is so different from my other intermedia Catts. Mine has bloomed but hopefully it will this year because it has a new growth.

Thanks Kim for the pic.

My co-tenant has a piece of that plant too, and I just saw it this past weekend. He made the same comment (question whether it is a true intermedia or not).

Verified C. Intermedia "Alba Hoyt". Hope I wrote that correctly. This is originally from Santa Barbara Orchid Estates. Had it for a very long time.
