Phal equestris 'dark'
 

Only 2 buds open, but I couldn't wait to share! :biggrin: I'll post more photos once the other buds open. This is another orchid which greatly suffered from being neglected this spring, the flower count is much much lower.

I like the color better than last year (first blooming), where it had more of a lavender color:

That's a lovely little one! I agree the color looks better to me as well. I really like the lip it almost looks like as it was a petal too :D

That is a beautiful flower. I love the darker lavender this season...that color just strikes you, and catches your attention
