Phal equestris 'dark'
Only 2 buds open, but I couldn't wait to share!  I'll post more photos once the other buds open. This is another orchid which greatly suffered from being neglected this spring, the flower count is much much lower.
I like the color better than last year (first blooming), where it had more of a lavender color:

That's a lovely little one! I agree the color looks better to me as well. I really like the lip it almost looks like as it was a petal too  |

That is a beautiful flower. I love the darker lavender this season...that color just strikes you, and catches your attention
