Wonderful! I went to one in Dallas area quite a few years ago, before I grew orchids. They must have had them and I didn't see them. You have taken some very nice pics. :)

the zilker park botanical gardens has an orchid population of zero except when the orchid society meets there.

Wonderful collection. You are right - not many botanical gardens have much in the way of orchids. Has to do with interests of the staff.

there was also a cattleya in a 50 inch basket but i didn't get a picture because my camera battery died.
