I've ordered pots and things like that from them and been happy. Last year I ordered some CHC from them, and it was total junk. Chunks?? What chunks. I emailed and complained and they sent me some from a different supplier and it was just as bad or worse. I still have an unopened bale sitting out in my garage.

Really, Terri. I just got mine and have not opened the package yet since I am not ready to repot my plants. Will see.

However, if you want 5A Sphagnum Moss, this is the place.

Naoki, I hope yours is better quality than mine. Helene from Briggs Hill told me that ever since the tsunami in Indonesia and surrounding areas, the quality of the CHC has been so poor she quit ordering it.

It is funny to hear 'Helene' in this forum. When I met both Bart and Helene years ago, they were my primary supplier for CHC. They the quit using them due to the reason you mentioned and so did I. But since one of my OS members raving about them, i thought i will give another try. CHC retains water longer, right?

The OOS is having its spring show in two weeks. I know it is a long drive for you, but there will be great venders including Briggs Hill.
