Default Still No reply

Still nothin, wont answer the phone, no reply to my emails...I'm pretty much over this...Its salvageable but that's not the idea here. You spend your hard earned money in good faith and many times our faith last longer than our money. I took some hard knocks this week and this was just a punch in the stomache.

The leaves are so soft and thin bec its needs water now it dehydrated...Re-potted it the best and gave it a littl e crutch to lean on. Saved the mix in case I hear from them, not going to hold my breath as I would probably turn shades of blue that would be real pretty

Have some more plants coming from orchids.ltd and mr tannaci, plenty to do around the house getting ready for a weather change so >...

I making a PHRAG Tank now I build when I get bummed!!

How much was it?
well call them at a different time. if they do not pick up your calls maybe they are not picking any one else's calls.
Anyway I would rather buy from Oak Hill or Nia's orchids.

I had good experiences with Nia's orchids and Oak Hill too, but it is not the point. Los Osos need to replace the plant or at least be reachable. I am sorry to hear that they have done neither yet.

that is what i meant about what I wrote.
I had a very similar experience with orchidsamore and nothing ever got replaced nor I got responses to my emails.

2 out of 3 plants came like that paph and never made it.

I meant now I prefer to buy from people that are good at communicating.
Plants are perishable and sometimes it is hard to say whose fault is it.
Anyways Los Osos is not cheap and they could have better communication. Wonder if they would reply promptly to someone that would place an order tomorrow.

Anyway I think is always good to give the benefit of doubt

35 bucks for YET another learning experience...I'm gonna graduate Top of My Class

The plant CAN be saved IMHO, I just didn't need nor want another Emergency room candidate. I can do that myself..Its in very fragile condition and need some love kind of like me on occasion...

Ya know if they have one like this, their whole pile of the Jean Francois Pasteur paphs are more than likely in the same shape..Broken down bark mix is so bad it will eat the roots itself if the water doesn't get it 1st. This can happen when you let a plant go too long before you re pot it.

So they might be busy re potting plants and good for them if they are..They wont have to hide from their email in box.

I'm cautious of all vendors...period. I've gotten crap from vendors who have had good reviews, and they've been consistently bad. I guess the lesson here is to take reviews with a grain of salt, and make your own judgements based on your experiences.

The only vendors I buy from are those who consistently send me quality stuff. I've all but given up on the rest.

I haven't actually checked, but are you in the same time zone? That might affect when they answer calls, or return phone/email messages.

You won't see me ever order from them, but I knew about this before you posted. Sorry you got burned.

I went to their website and sent a quick email informing them of the negative publicity they were getting here. Hope that helps you get your money back or a replacement plant.
