dissapointed orchid from norman orchids

I got this guy from them and it is pretty beat up. I don't think there is one leaf that does not have a crack or a missing part. the small roots are all brown and rotting because they were kept too wet. it was in the typical basket with course bark in there. the small dangly roots were pretty much all brown and soft. it was in a pretty open plastic pot that the basket sat in.
I emailed them with pics and no answer I just called and all I get is you can return the plant and thats it. well that and thats how vanda's look.
