I picked this up at Lowe's in the early Summer, a 3.5" bag baby. When the inflorescence started to form at the beginning of November, I thought it would blast but it hung in there. And opend a few days ago. It's taken a while for the flower to flatten. I purchased a V. Robert's Delight 'Black' at the same time and it started a but in the beginning of November too but was a keiki.

Beautiful!

I really need to visit Lowe's someday- see if the ones around here have any interesting orchids. Both Lowes in my area aren't that close to me, and I'm never over that way ...

Beautiful! I never think to go to Lowe's here. When I lived in San Francisco I don't recall seeing any special orchids there.
