Hard to see in this photo, but the petals do have a slight pinkish/purplish tinge to the edges.

By the way, for those of us who don't have Photoshop...check out paint.net
It does all the same stuff for free

I actually do have photoshop, but have switched to aperture recently. I love the program, so maybe I should use some the features it offers. LOL

This is what aperture can do with the selective coloring tool. I only worked with the purple and this is what comes out...
