Cool

Well here is an update on my Gordon Dillon. All blooms but one have opened. The last bloom was halfway open this evening so by tomorrow morning it will be a fully bloomed spike!

I got some brilliant evening shots showing how flat the blooms are and bigger they have gotten. Not to mention how rich the colour has now gotten

Wow! I love the black background. It really makes them pop! Aren't vandas the best?

Becareful about your wish, as I might just take you up on that offer to come and see it in person.
BTW, What Parish are you in?

I myself have a vanda similar to your Gordon Dillon, but it is struggling.

I must say your photo shoots are beautiful.

I am in Manchester, 3 parishes away.

I like photography, but I'm no expert at it, I may have to take that up next as a hobby though.

Manchester huh....now i can see why you may have a bit more trouble with vandas than the average person. Its a lot cooler and windier in Manchester, and thus less humidity. I'm gonna go ahead and assume your somewhere in Mandeville.
I noticed you have a lot of other orchids too though.
How many do you have?
I may have to come and take a peak at your collection

Your assumption is close.
How many orchids do I have??? eehh!!! I have stopped counting, remember I'm totally obsessed, and is loving it. Are you talking number of plants or number of species?

Oh btw Vandas does very well in our area, I discovered if i pot them they do better with me, than if I put them in a basket. We also do quite a bit of the mokora which is somewhat similar to the vandas.

Please inbox me.

Yes i know about Mokaras, I have a few too. They are of the Vandaceous specie; a hybrid. You say "we" i guess that means you possibly sell orchids as well?
