I disagree to some extent.
These leaves are yellowing from the crown of the plant outward and indicate an infection to me.
Furthermore, you can see the base of the leaves above them beginning to turn yellow.
I would remove the diseased leaves and treat with a copper fungicide as I think this infection is similar to the crown rot that phalaenopsis get.
I have one vanda that went through this and I was able to stop the progression with multiple treatments of copper fungicide alternating with physan.
I have a good 8 inches of "bare" plant between roots and remaining leaves...
It is getting new leaves on top but
not yet new roots in the bare area.
Looks a bit like a fan on a stick
I am hoping it will make it.
From what I have read, this can be an ominous sign for your vanda.
