Wow! That is a big plant! I have had my Pachong blue for more than 10 years, but it is still a managable size.

this is grown 100% indoors under HPS lighting. I grow my orchids literally in a closet where the cats can't get at them.

That is an absolute fabulous speciemen and looks super healthy! Are you sure you have to get rid of it? Even the leaves look compact compared to most ... therefore it takes up less room than a normal vanda??
If you really are getting 'rid' then Congrats to the new owner whomever you may be !!!!!

The leaves do appear to be shorter than most vanda leaves. I hope that I never have to give mine up! Vandas are so easy to grow that you can have them for a number of years. I have lost quite a few of my other types of orchid.
