Fantatic...one of my favorites!

The only thing I dislike about this one is the extremely long wait from when you see the start of buds till they bloom...but then it's worth it

60%-65% now but much higher during the warmer months

I don't know. Mine is creamy yellow/yellowish white. Here is another photo that represents the true color better:
