Yellowing leaves on Renanthera philippinense

The bottom leaves of this young plant purchased just four months ago have started to yellow quite severly in the last three days. I water daily and feed heavily and infact the R. monachica nearby is about to flower. It came with an anthratcite-type potting medium. Please advise.

Just looked. The roots do not look good. Quite dead looking and frizzled away. What could have caused this and how can I remediate?

Change the media. If the roots doesn't look good and
from what i can see of the leaves. Reduce as well watering for a while. If you have a good rate of humidity and if you water everyday, you should try charcoal. It's how I grown this specie and almost all my renanthera and Vanda. If you water everyday and have a good humidity, this media is fantastic because it doens't keep water, so no problem with the roots who spoiled. Better to reduce watering. Anyway those species can stay very long without water and it's better if the roots getting spoiled. Maybe take also out the plant from direct sun until new good roots appear.

I think I have been overwatering as I read somewhere that Renantheras love to be drenched. The plant is in charcoal already (It came in directly from a Taiwan supplier in this medium and I bought it at a local orchid show). Thanks, I will try your recommendations
