V. Amoena
Vanda Amoena is a naturally occurring hybrid between V. coerula and V. tessellata. It is my understanding that when naturally found, it is V. amoena; however when it is cultivated, it is V. Amoena, as I have it here.
This is the first time mine has bloomed since last October, and if I remember correctly, the blooms do take on more of a blue hue as they mature. Enjoy!

That's a fantastic primary hybrid! Ugh, I wish I had more room to grow more vandas (only have one species vanda now, and I can only imagine how much space I would need to accommodate even more than). Does this one carry any of V. tessellata's fragrance? Even if the answer is no, the flowers are still stunning.

Thanks everyone for your kudos on this beauty. And no, it is not fragrant...but it makes up for it in pizzazz!
