One one side there's a leaf which appears to have been damaged, perhaps caught between the pot and something hard. On the opposite side, a separate fan appears to be losing a leaf because, well, Neos lose leaves on occasion. I wouldn't worry unless you begin to lose multiple leaves.
Neos like light that is on the brighter side of what Phals can tolerate. Temperature-wise they are pretty easy-going, but I've found that mine seem to like the temperatures my Phals also like, which is Georgia-warm and with the accompanying humidity. I've seen them potted a million ways, from sphagnum-wrapped to basket-potted like yours, but of mine the one doing best is stick-mounted and watered daily.
