Nice flower. Although the leaf structure and pattern does not look like the var amanogawa? Perhaps it is a young plant. Amanogawa has white ghost new leaf and scattered white patterns on second year leaves. Older leaves are dark green and not yellow. Also the leaves are longer and slightly thinner and upright...

Thank you. I agree that other plants I have seen look as you describe. Neos are not my expertise, all of my plants were acquired earlier this year from New World Orchids. I picked plants that I liked, so I hope that the name is correct, but if not I still like the plant.
I appreciate the feedback. And if it's not Amanogawa, do you have any guesses towards what it maybe?

It is a very nice neo nonetheless ... To help with identifying it, can u take a few more pics with leaves and root tips?

Nikkik, here is a picture of my Amanogawa 天の川 that exhibits the characteristics of this plant that Leslie describes. This plant is also from NWO. If it does turn out that your plant is mis-labelled, I'm sure NWO will correct the error. What ever it turns out to be, you have a nice, healthy plant.

Here's a picture of the oldest growth on the plant.
