I like this angle nikkik! I'm thinking it may be an Amanogowa after all--just seems so small. But I can see the markings in the newer leaves.

Just wanted to show u my Amanogawa ... It's a fairly large plant I purchased from OL a while back... Notice all the characteristics I mentioned...




The next neo is the mutated form of the amanogawa with different leaf characteristics ... The leaves in this var Jitsugekko bends and curves... And the root tips on this variety is green while amanogawa has mud coloured or brown tips.




Notice it also has the new leaf as white ghost leave and patterned while polka dots in older leaves.

Gorgeous plants, NeoCanada. I have my fingers crossed that mine will start to show some of the characteristics that make your plant and Matt's so beautiful. Thank you for posting your pictures.
